This is a BIG wine. Bold and full bodied, this elegant Cab from our mature hillside block, best 12 rows, has rich flavors, layers of plum with black cherry and boysenberry, and moderate tannins. There is some smokey leather and dried herbs in the nose, but it is fruit forward with a long finish, balanced and approachable; it "begs for a second glass..."
Pair with steak and potatoes, grilled vegetables, pasta with mushrooms, rice dishes, ... and good conversation.
