This delightful Sparkling Orange Muscat, made in the traditional "méthode champenoise", is a dry, not sweet wine. It is produced from our Estate Orange Muscat grapes, the earliest grapes we harvest.
Tasting Notes: It is a celebration wine for any occasion. Bright orangy citrus aromas with refreshing hints of pear and green apple.
Food Pairings: Served well chilled, magnificent with soft ripe cheeses and cheesecake, nuts, grilled fish dishes, a perfect wine for a Sunday Brunch.
