2020 Malbec - Limited Edition

This Malbec is savory with a soft texture and generous mouthfeel. Aromas of dried black cherry and raspberry, with velvety tannins ending in a slightly smoky finish. Grown on our terraced hill top, 4 short rows of vines - hand picked. This wine was extra aged in the cellar; only two barrels. 

Food Pairing: roasted lean meats, skirt steak, wild rice, blue cheese, mushroom dishes
