2020 Malbec - Limited Edition

This is a special aged 2 barrel bottling:   2018 Malbec is savory with a soft texture and generous mouthfeel.

Aromas of dried black cherry and raspberry, with velvety tannins ending in a smooth finish.  Taste the plum and blackberry, with a slight smoky finish. Grown on our terraced hill, top 4 short rows of vines, & hand picked. This was extra aged in the cellar; only 2 barrels/47cases were bottled.

Food Pairing:  Roasted Lean meats, skirt steak, wild rice, blue cheese, mushroom dishes
