Estate grown and bottled. A Bordeaux varietal blend of 3 grapes with noteworthy Petit Verdot being predominant. The hillside block of Cabernet grapes (from the coolest microclimate of all blocks - the last grape we harvest each season) balances the Malbec jammy fruit and savory berry flavors with the firm structure and mouthfeel of Cabernet Sauvignon ollowing on the palate, ending with a lingering finish. This wine is named for the eldest and most complex of the Four Sisters and is quickly becoming a cult favorite.

A Sparkling Rosé composed of 74% Pinot Noir, 20% Chardonnay, and 6% Merlot. It offers a delightful delicate flavor profile to add "sparkle" to any occasion.
