Enticing aromatics from this stainless steel wine include fresh cut flowers, apricots, peaches - and even tangerine, with bright minerality on the palate. Note the start - with its softness evolving into a fruity ending.

Pairings: Seafood- buttery shrimp or lobster, roasted veggies, grilled chicken and Thai cuisine.

These grapes, growing steps away from the winery, were hand picked early in the harvest.  The vintage was wetter & cooler, even into the spring.  A large canopy protected these larger sized tight clustered grapes from sunburn.  Note the amaretto cherry flavor, contrasting dried herbal notes and clay minerality.  Only 94 cases with an alcohol of 15.1% - a big wine.
