2019 Tempranillo - Limited Edition

The grapes, a Spanish varietal, grow in the vineyard adjacent to the winery tasting room and event center, and are hand-picked. The intensely colored wine has earthy aromas, and flavors or dried fig and leather, with notes of currant, and a smokey, long, smooth finish. 

Pair with: Cajun Filet Mignon, Lasagna, Tacos, Pizza, Chili, Paella, roasted lamb, burritos, pasta, tapas, burgers, stews or tomato-based foods.
