57% Cabernet Sauvignon / 38% Merlot / 5% Petit Verdot

A Bordeaux varietal blend of 3 grapes with Cabernet Sauvignon being predominant. This is from our hillside block of Cabernet- the coolest micro climate of all blocks - the last grape we harvest each season. Named for the eldest of the Four Sisters, this blend is quickly becoming a cult favorite. Merlot’s fruity blackberry & blueberry notes are quick to the nose, with the firm structure of Petit Verdot following on the palate, ending with a lingering finish

Skeleton Canyon- "...not all the skeletons are 4 legged...". Here is a wine with a deep purple color. Note the aromas of chocolate pudding, sassafras, mixed berry, dill and terra cotta, with a satiny, vibrant, fruity, medium-body smooth, medium-length baked berry crumble bars finish with a light oak flavor. A rich and jammy Cabernet with a tasty just-baked vibe. Food Pairings: robust meat and mildly spiced main dishes, potatoes and mushroom dishes, and even roasted Turkey.

From our terraced hillside block we added 15% Grenache to the predominant Tempranillo, resulting in a subtle ripe red raspberry and cherry 

wine, overpowered by the deep complexity of our Estate Tempranillo.  These are hand picked on head trained vines next to our winery Event Center.

It is a "big" wine, alcohol 15.3%- with spice on the nose and a long finish. Nicely aged 2018 vintage wine.....

Food Pairing:  Korean ribs, Bratwurst, spicy chicken wings, German potato salad.  

Michael, father of the Four Sisters, has this wine named after him. Michael’s  Way is the only way to get to the Magic Tree, next to

Mischief Hill, on the North property. This wine is Cabernet predominant with the fruit plummy flavors of the Grenache and Zinfandel.  
Earthy Syrah and the mouthfeel contribution of Petit Verdot round out the lingering finish .We had fun with barrel samples creating this blend.

Food pairing:  Roasted vegetables, beef dishes, pastas, turkey with stuffing, roasted potatoes

76% Estate Cabernet Sauvignon / 19% Estate Malbec / 5% Petit Verdot      

Like our previous 91 point, 2013 Cabernet Sauvignon with Malbec, this wine is likely to be full bodied and very food friendly.

The Malbec handpicked from 4 short rows on top of a terraced hillside, with its own micro climate, adds a soft texture

and mouthfeel, as well as some plum and blackberry. Petit Verdot adds to the deep dark hue.Previously

characterized as fruit forward due to the hillside Cab predominating but balanced red berries do come across the palate.

-This is a very approachable wine .  Bottled Oct. 7, 2021     Only 131  cases.  Ages well.

This big full bodied inky black wine, after the third sip, hits the mid and back palate. Taste the dark cherry, pomegranate

with noteworthy mouthfeel, & bright acidity, ending with a lingering finish.

Food Pairings: Filet Mignon, cassoulet chicken with lima beans & sausage, or coq au vin- braised chicken with mushrooms...this versatile wine pairs beautifully with endless Pasobilities!

Newest vintage not available labeled until later April so check with the winery. From our terraced hillside block: 2/3 Grenache predominates the 1/3 Tempranillo in this blend, resulting in a subtle ripe red raspberry and cherry, which is enhanced by the deep plummy complexity of our Estate Tempranillo, hand picked on head trained vines next to the winery Event Center. Tempranillo is often harvested in August when a large canopy of leaves protects these grapes from sun damage and the birds. It is a "big" wine, alcohol 15.4% - with spice on the nose. Our guests: "...so easy to drink...". 15.4%.alcohol. - Only 73 cases bottled. - Estate wine.

Named in honor of the most mischievous of the Four Sisters, this wine has deep dark color, hits the middle palate with ripe blackberry/blueberry, and

lingers with the white pepper Petite Sirah back palate finish. It is bold and exciting- a 3 sip wine allowing complex flavors to hit the back palate.

Pair with BBQ pork, grilled burgers, lamb, venison, pasta, charcuterie with aged cheddar.
