Like our previous 91 point, 2013 Cabernet Sauvignon with Malbec, this wine is likely to be smooth and very food friendly..

The Malbec handpicked from 4 short rows on top of a terraced hillside, with its own micro climate, adds a soft texture

and mouthfeel, as well as some plum and blackberry.  Previously characterized as fruit forward due to the hillside Cabernet 

predominating, but balanced red berries do come across the palate

-This is a very approachable wine.  .  Bottled Oct. 7, 2021     Only 131  cases.  Ages well.
