2020 Serena's Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon - CASE SPECIAL

A special Cabernet Sauvignon from our Hillside Block, blended with 25% Petit Verdot.

Tasting Notes: Moderate oak flavor, and textured mouthfeel. A very 'food friendly' wine with generous aromas of dark berry ripe fruit. While still evolving in the bottle, and with good ageability, it's complexity has now "come of age". Bold with a lingering finish. It's a crowd pleaser, and a perfect wine for any day and any occasion. 

Food Pairing: steak, braised meats, lamb, mushrooms, aged Havarti cheese, and good company.

75% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Petit Verdot 15.3% Alc. Estate grapes.
