Deep, inky purple in the glass, this wine is bold and fruit-forward, bursting with rich blackberry and blueberry flavors. Layers of black pepper, vanilla, and clove add complexity, leading to a full-bodied, luscious finish that lingers beautifully on the palate.
This limited bottling pairs perfectly with smoky, savory dishes, ink BBQ ribs, brisket, grilled ribeye or lamb, or even a prosciutto and pesto stuffed roasted pork loin.
Only 97 cases were produced. Once it’s gone, it’s gone, and who knows when the perfect fruit will come along again.
