2020 Serena's Vineyard Syrah

This Syrah has been drinking beautifully lately, but will certainly cellar well. Our limestone-rich soils paired with this region's warm days and cool nights bring out the best in our varietally-pure Syrah. A dry, but balanced, red wine with aromas of black pepper, rich coca, and subtle vegetal notes.

Food Pairing: Wild game, barbecued meats, roasted vegetables, Thai and Chinese spicy foods.
