To honor our employees, Salvador and Ellizabeth, and their daughter, Kennea, we created this wine, a blend of estate earthy Syrah balanced with our plummy flavored Grenache. The Estate Grenache adds notes of raspberry, blackberry and cherry, with a hint of pepper, cinnamon and cloves.
Food Pairings: turkey, stuffing and cranberries, roasted vegetables, creamy mushroom soup, hearty pastas, pork dishes, prosciutto and pesto stuffed pork loin
Blend of 50% Syrah / 50% Grenache
Bottled January 2024, would benefit from additional bottle aging to add even more complexity. Allow wine to open up and breathe prior to drinking.
