75% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Petit Verdot 15.3% Alc. Estate grapes, Estate Bottled
A special Cabernet from our Hillside Block, with Petit Verdot. Note its moderate oak flavor, and textured mouthfeel. This very food friendly wine has generous aromas of dark berry ripe fruit. While still evolving in the bottle, with a good shelflife, it's complexity has now "come of age". It is a crowd pleaser, a perfect "daily ration wine" for any occasion.
Pair with steak, braised meats, lamb, mushrooms, aged Havarti cheese, and good company.
